Shipping Charges and Delivery Information
Purchase completed before 12PM of each day will be processed, carefully packed and dispatched/shipped out within the same day. We will email a tracking code to you once the packing is ready. You can use this tracking code to check the whereabouts of your parcel.
We’d like to note that shipping duration may take longer than usual during festive seasons.
All international orders are subject to their respective country’s customs and import duty fees.

P.S. Our delivery guys and Kulsocs team do not work on weekends so all order received from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
Return & Refund Policy
For Malaysian orders, return or exchange products is acceptable. For Oversea orders, return or exchange is not acceptable. Customer will responsible for the whole postage fee for the return or exchange.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Kulsocs will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 14 days after the confirmation.
